  8. This is a means of sending encoded binary files over the packet radio
  9. network. It is similar in principle to UUcode, but is more efficient and has
  10. other advantages for packet radio use.

  15. refer to this in conjunction with the rather sketchier documentation for the
  16. Acorn RISC OS version.
